The Barbault Cyclical Index — the summed angular separation between the five slow-moving planets, recomputed live from the same ephemeris that powers your chart. Its historical valleys (1918, 1943, 1956, 1983, 1997, 2022) align with documented periods of global stability. Preregistered prediction (2026-07-18): the index rises through 2033 — we expect 2026–2033 to show lower measured global uncertainty than 2020–2025. This is a falsifiable claim, not a decoration: check back in 2031.
