Terms of Service

Effective from April 1, 2026

By accessing or using Abu Oracle (the "Service"), you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

Abu Oracle is operated by Guillermo Siaira ("we", "us"). The Service is available at abu-oracle.com and its subdomains.

1. Nature of the Service

Abu Oracle is a computational astrological analysis tool. It calculates planetary positions, geospatial harmony fields, and generates interpretations via large language models (LLMs).

The Service is offered for informational and entertainment purposes. Astrological interpretations do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other professional advice. You should not make important decisions based solely on content generated by the Service.

Abu Oracle makes no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any generated interpretation.

2. Access and membership

Access to the Service requires an active account. There are two plan types:

Genesis — lifetime access, all current and future features included, in exchange for a one-time payment.
Free — limited access with no continuity guarantees.

Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), an authorised reseller. Abu Oracle does not store credit card data.

The Genesis membership is non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

By using the Service you agree to:

Provide genuine birth data or clearly fictional data.
Not attempt to access other users' accounts.
Not reverse-engineer or conduct automated scraping of the Service.
Not use the Service for illegal activities or activities that harm third parties.

4. Intellectual property

The computation engine (Abu Engine), the harmonic field system (Harmony Field), the LLM agents (Lilly Swarm), and the entire interface are the property of Abu Oracle. Reproduction or distribution without express authorisation is prohibited.

Astronomical data is sourced from public domain ephemerides (Swiss Ephemeris DE440s).

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abu Oracle shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after notification implies acceptance.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

Al acceder o utilizar Abu Oracle (el "Servicio"), aceptás estos Términos de Servicio en su totalidad. Si no los aceptás, no uses el Servicio.

Abu Oracle es operado por Guillermo Siaira ("nosotros", "nos"). El Servicio está disponible en abu-oracle.com y sus subdominios.

1. Naturaleza del Servicio

Abu Oracle es una herramienta de análisis astrológico computacional. Calcula posiciones planetarias, campos de armonía geoespacial y genera interpretaciones mediante modelos de lenguaje (LLM).

El Servicio se ofrece con fines informativos y de entretenimiento. Las interpretaciones astrológicas no constituyen asesoramiento médico, psicológico, financiero, legal ni de ningún otro tipo profesional. No debés tomar decisiones importantes basándote exclusivamente en el contenido generado por el Servicio.

Abu Oracle no garantiza la exactitud, completitud ni utilidad de ninguna interpretación generada.

2. Acceso y membresía

El acceso al Servicio requiere una cuenta activa. Existen dos tipos de plan:

Genesis — acceso de por vida, con todas las funcionalidades disponibles y futuras incluidas, a cambio de un pago único.
Free — acceso limitado sin garantías de continuidad.

Los pagos son procesados por Paddle (paddle.com), un revendedor autorizado. Abu Oracle no almacena datos de tarjetas de crédito.

La membresía Genesis no es reembolsable salvo que la ley aplicable lo exija.

3. Uso aceptable

Al usar el Servicio te comprometés a:

Proveer datos de nacimiento verídicos o claramente ficticios.
No intentar acceder a cuentas de otros usuarios.
No realizar ingeniería inversa ni scraping automatizado del Servicio.
No usar el Servicio para actividades ilegales o que dañen a terceros.

4. Propiedad intelectual

El motor de cómputo (Abu Engine), el sistema de campo armónico (Harmony Field), los agentes LLM (Lilly Swarm) y toda la interfaz son propiedad de Abu Oracle. Queda prohibida su reproducción o distribución sin autorización expresa.

Los datos astronómicos se obtienen de efemérides de dominio público (Swiss Ephemeris DE440s).

5. Limitación de responsabilidad

El Servicio se provee "tal como está" sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Abu Oracle no será responsable por daños directos, indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del Servicio.

6. Modificaciones

Podemos modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. Si los cambios son materiales, te notificaremos por email con al menos 7 días de anticipación. El uso continuado del Servicio tras la notificación implica aceptación.

7. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Argentina. Cualquier disputa se someterá a los tribunales ordinarios de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
